Return and Refund Policy

We want every MOFEE set to feel right. If your order is not the right fit, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Return eligibility

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition.
  • Original tags, packaging, hygiene liners, and accessories must be attached or included.
  • Items with perfume, deodorant marks, makeup, pet hair, stains, damage, or signs of wear cannot be accepted.
  • Gift cards, underwear, and items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Fit or preference returns

If the item does not fit or you changed your mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend requesting an exchange first so we can help you find the right size.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. If the problem is confirmed, we will offer a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund.

Refund timing

After we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take 5-10 business days to post the refund.

How to start a return

Contact us before sending any item back. Returns sent without approval may be refused.
