Shipping Policy

MOFEE currently focuses on the United States market and also supports selected international destinations at checkout.

Processing time

Orders are normally processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. During new drops, promotions, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing may take longer.

United States shipping

• Standard shipping: free on qualifying orders over the displayed threshold.
• Express shipping: available at checkout when supported.
• Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and begin after the order has been processed.

International shipping

International shipping options, rates, and delivery estimates are shown at checkout. Import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or customs charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in product prices unless stated at checkout.

Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a tracking email. Tracking may take 24-72 hours to update after the carrier receives the package.

Address accuracy

Please enter your shipping address carefully. We cannot guarantee address changes after an order is placed. Orders returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address may require an additional shipping fee to reship.

Lost or delayed packages

If tracking shows unusual delay or delivery issue, contact us and we will help review the carrier information. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or events outside our control.
