If the fit isn't quite right, you have 30 days to request an exchange.

For customers in the European Union, you also have the statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.

30-Day Fit Exchange

Not quite the right fit?

You can request an exchange within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that the item:

Is unworn and unused
Has not been washed or altered
Is in its original condition
Has all original tags attached
Is returned with the original packaging where reasonably possible

We recommend trying on garments indoors and avoiding makeup, deodorant, perfume, or other substances that may leave marks on the fabric.

EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving your order, without giving a reason.

To exercise this right, please contact us within the applicable withdrawal period.

After notifying us, you must return the goods within the applicable legal period.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, the cost of returning an item under the right of withdrawal is the customer's responsibility.

This statutory right does not affect your legal rights in relation to faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied products.

Returns for Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives:

Missing parts
Significantly different from the product description

please contact us as soon as possible.

Please provide:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos of the item and, where relevant, the packaging

We will review your case and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Depending on the circumstances, this may include a replacement, repair, price reduction, or refund.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund where applicable.

Approved refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow your payment provider additional time to process the refund and make the funds available to you.

Shipping costs are handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws and the reason for the return.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for another size, please contact us before sending your package back.

Exchange availability depends on stock.

If the requested size or item is unavailable, we may offer an alternative solution, including a refund where applicable.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

For hygiene and product protection reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return if they have been worn, washed, damaged, altered, or otherwise returned in a condition that is not suitable for resale.

Nothing in this policy limits your mandatory statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law.

Knowell reserves the right to refuse a return that does not meet the applicable return conditions, except where mandatory consumer rights apply.
